It is also the number for returns and exchanges. The site header and footer show a second phone number, +966 800 111 1568, and email at support@faces.com. There is a contact form at faces.sa/en/contactus. WhatsApp appears as +971 56 329 9902 in the header and footer but as 052 5929 749 in the FAQ, and the footer gives 10 am to 10 pm as hours. The 800 number between 9 am and 9 pm is the most consistently stated option. ## Delivery options, cut-offs and fees Standard delivery costs SAR 10, or nothing from SAR 299. It takes 2–3 working days in Jeddah and Riyadh (with deliveries until 8 pm), while Makkah, Madinah and Taif take 3–5 and other cities 5–7. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day, and customised items can take longer. Faster options depend on the city and the basket. Delivery within 24 hours needs the order in before 6 pm in Riyadh and Jeddah, or before 1 pm in Makkah and Madinah. Next-day delivery covers Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar and Dammam. Both cost SAR 15, or nothing from SAR 499. In Riyadh, two-hour delivery runs for orders placed between 10 am and 8 pm, costing SAR 40 or free from SAR 600. There are no deliveries on Fridays or public holidays, no shipping to P.O. boxes or outside Saudi Arabia, and a missed delivery can be rebooked or collected from the courier. ## Tracking an order Faces has a Track Your Order page linked from the header and footer, and a registered account shows order status and history. The pages do not describe the tracking steps in more detail. For a parcel that has not arrived, Faces asks you to call 800 435 8000 or email support@faces.com. Faces does not publish a cancellation procedure on the Saudi delivery, returns or FAQ pages. If you need to stop an order, call customer service as soon as possible. ## Returns and exchanges You have 7 days from receiving the order to ask for a return. The item must be unused, with every Faces tag still attached, in its original box and sealed packaging. The Saudi rules exclude three groups entirely: anything bought on promotion or sale, all makeup and skincare, and opened or used products. Damage is accepted only as a manufacturing defect, not from misuse. Exchanges follow the same conditions. After Faces inspects the product you can swap it for any other item; if the new one costs more you pay the difference at a store, and if it costs less the difference is given as store credit. The FAQ mentions 15 days for reporting an exchange, but the returns page says 7, so plan on 7. Frequent returners may have future orders refused. - Check the item is not makeup, skincare, a sale or promotion purchase, or opened. - Within 7 days of delivery, call customer service on 800 435 8000. - Keep the product unused, with Faces tags, in its sealed original packaging. - Hand it to the delivery company when it comes to collect, as arranged by customer service. - Wait for the warehouse to receive and accept it; the refund is processed after that. ## Refunds by payment method Only the product value comes back; the SAR 15 cash-on-delivery charge and any delivery fee are kept. How the money returns depends on how you paid. A card used on the website is refunded to the same card within up to 10 business days after the item is received and accepted, depending on your bank. If you paid by card or cash on delivery, the refund comes as an online voucher by email (within up to 2 business days of acceptance; for cash orders, after the courier brings the item back to the warehouse), a store credit note issued when the item is accepted at a store, or an e-gift card usable online and in stores. A gift-card purchase is refunded as a new e-gift card. Tabby or Tamara orders follow the provider's own terms once Faces has processed the return, and MUSE points used go back to the same account. ## Payment methods Faces Saudi accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards online, cash on delivery for SAR 15 per order, and Tabby or Tamara instalments. Card payments are charged automatically once the order is validated. For a declined card, Faces points to the expiry date, the security code and your bank's online-shopping settings or daily limit; call customer service or the bank if a second attempt fails. Before 6 pm in Riyadh and Jeddah, or before 1 pm in Makkah and Madinah, and only for baskets that qualify for express in your city. It costs SAR 15 below SAR 499. For two-hour delivery in Riyadh, order between 10 am and 8 pm; it is SAR 40 unless the basket reaches SAR 600. ### Does Faces deliver on Fridays in Saudi Arabia? No. Faces delivers Saturday to Thursday and skips Fridays and public holidays, which also do not count as working days. An order placed on a Thursday evening for standard delivery to Jeddah or Riyadh, at 2–3 working days, is therefore likely to arrive the following week. ### How do I return a perfume bought from Faces in Saudi Arabia? Call 800 435 8000 within 7 days of delivery. The perfume must be unused, sealed in its original box with all Faces tags, and not bought on sale or promotion. The delivery company then collects it. Once the warehouse accepts it, a card payment is refunded within up to 10 business days. ### I paid cash on delivery. How do I get my refund? Not in cash. Faces offers an online voucher by email within up to 2 business days after the courier returns the item to the warehouse and it is accepted, a store credit note when you return it at a Faces store, or an e-gift card. The SAR 15 cash-on-delivery fee and any delivery fee are not refunded. ### Can I exchange a Faces product for something more expensive? Yes. Request the exchange through customer service within 7 days, under the same conditions as a return. After Faces receives and inspects the product, you can choose any other item. If it costs more, you pay the difference at a store; if it costs less, you receive the difference as store credit. ### Why was my Faces account locked? Three wrong password attempts lock a Faces account for 30 minutes.
