The first is official codes published on landing pages inside faces.ae and faces.sa. When we checked, one page offered 20% off a list of about 870 eligible products in the UAE and over a thousand in Saudi Arabia; its name suggests a link with Tabby, though the page itself states no terms or end date. A second page carried a 15% partner code on roughly 600 to 640 products from brands such as Shiseido, Lancôme and Chanel. These are web codes and they apply to the listed products, not to everything. The second group is the welcome offer: Faces' own offer pages mention 15% off a first order in the app, without giving a code or detailed terms. It is meant for new customers placing their first app order. The third group is codes reported by coupon sites, worth 10%, 12% or 15%. Each appeared on only one site, and Faces does not confirm them. Some carry their own conditions, such as full-price items only or a SAR 300 minimum. We found no cashback or bank-card codes for Faces. ## Getting the most from a code here Start with the eligible-product lists. The official Faces codes only work on the products shown on their landing pages, so shop from those pages rather than adding items from elsewhere and hoping the code covers them. That fee is not refunded if you return the order, and refunds on cash orders do not come back as cash. Instead Faces pays them back as store credit, an e-gift card or an online voucher.
