Labels are explained on [How we check codes](https://couponsradar.com/how-we-check/). ## How to use a eXtra code - Open the eXtra site or app for your country (Saudi Arabia, Oman or Bahrain) and add products to the cart. - Check the delivery line in the cart: free delivery is applied automatically once the basket passes your country's threshold. - If you have a code issued by eXtra, enter it in the cart or checkout before you pick a payment method. - Choose any paid extras, such as installation, and check that the total still matches what you expect. - Pick a payment method, including instalments where offered, and confirm the final amount before paying. ## Delivery and fees in Oman Small-appliance orders ship free from OMR 10; below that, delivery costs OMR 2.500. Orders reach Muscat within 24 working hours and other areas within up to 5 working days. Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 11am, but not for large appliances and not on Fridays. Large appliances get a better deal: delivery and installation at no charge in Muscat, Sohar, Shinas, Saham and Liwa. Outside Muscat, the free installation applies to orders placed on the website or app, so it is worth ordering online rather than by other means. Additional work is charged. Removing an existing split AC is charged at OMR 10, and an extra metre of pipe starts at OMR 6. ## Returns and refunds in Oman You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. Returns are not free unless the item is defective or wrong: otherwise, shipping costs and an OMR 3 bank transfer fee may be deducted. On a small accessory, those charges can take a large share of the refund. Personal-care and audio items such as shavers and earphones have a stricter rule. They can only be returned if defective or still sealed, so leave the packaging closed until you are sure you will keep them. For large appliances, free installation is a reason to check the model and dimensions carefully before ordering, because a change-of-mind return may carry shipping costs. ## Paying in Oman The Oman site's payment methods are not published in our records. We have no confirmed information on cash on delivery, Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay or OmanNet for eXtra Oman, so check the payment step before placing a large order. The one payment-related figure we do have is on the refund side: the OMR 3 bank transfer fee that may be charged when a return is not due to a defect or wrong item. Refunds in those cases appear to go by bank transfer, so keep your account details ready if you send something back. For large appliances bought outside Muscat, remember that free installation depends on ordering through the website or app. ## eXtra Oman at a glance | | | | --- | --- | | Small-appliance delivery | Free from OMR 10; OMR 2.500 below. | | Delivery time | Muscat within 24 working hours; up to 5 working days elsewhere. | | Large appliances | Delivered and installed free in five named wilayats; outside Muscat on website or app orders. | | Same-day | Orders before 11am; not large appliances, not Fridays. | | Returns | 15 days from delivery; shipping and an OMR 3 bank fee may apply unless defective or wrong. | | Payment methods | Not published. | | Free delivery from | OMR 10 | | Standard delivery fee | OMR 2.500 | | Return window | 15 days | | Free returns | No | Read from eXtra’s own Oman pages on 18 October 2026.
