No end date was set. Three percent of SAR 2,000 is SAR 60. Three percent of SAR 5,000 is SAR 150. Three percent of SAR 10,000 would be SAR 300, and the cap stops the code at SAR 250. Orders are not shipped or handed over on weekends or official holidays. Home delivery is for main cities. Nearby villages collect from the courier's office. No single fee was printed, so none is guessed here. Salon-furniture delivery includes installation of the furniture only, not plumbing or extra wiring. ## Returns and cancellation A return can be requested within 7 days of the purchase day, unused, in the original condition, with the full packaging. Makeup cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. A change of mind on care products, with no fault, has SAR 25 taken off the refund for delivery. Furniture orders have SAR 100 taken off. Tell the shop about a wrong, damaged or faulty item within seven days of receiving it, on 920014688, with a photo and a video. Furniture or a device needs a precise video. A product that cannot be used is compensated with a store voucher for the full value, valid for one month from the day it is sent. Partial damage that does not stop use is compensated in proportion. A wrong item is replaced after the returned piece is checked, or in some cases paid as a voucher. If you are out, the courier tries three times, then the order goes back and SAR 19 is deducted from the refund. Missing that cash-on-delivery delivery three times blocks cash on delivery later. You can cancel within one hour of sending the order, with no fee, and there is no edit after it is sent. The same page also says that after two hours you cannot cancel directly and must ask the courier. A cancellation after more than one hour is charged SAR 19, or SAR 100 for salon furniture. Both clocks are printed. ## Cashback, warranty and the cap The shop's terms say more than one offer or discount is not combined on the same order unless the shop says otherwise. DZZZ is still 3% off, stopped at SAR 250. Read the line the checkout accepts. Money is taken when the order ships. If a product is cancelled for being out of stock, the hold is released to the original card. A missing line is removed from the invoice and its amount is returned. A dearer substitute that you asked for is paid as the difference. A duplicate parcel sent by mistake is collected at the shop's cost. Loyalty points were one point per riyal, and 100 points made SAR 1, with a printed end of 31 December 2025. From 1 January 2026 the terms replace that programme with cashback, added to the wallet after delivery, valid for one year, not convertible to cash, and cancelled if the order is returned. Cashback is calculated before VAT. Electrical devices carry a two-year warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing faults only. Repair takes 15 to 21 working days. The unified number is 920014688.
