There is no WhatsApp number or live chat on the official pages we read. ## Delivery, courier and areas with limited service Most UAE addresses receive their parcel within one or two working days. Free delivery applies with Economy Shipping, which Crocs presents as a limited-time offer that may change. The courier is Fetchr, and its schedule and terms apply. The UAE shipping page lists areas that are out of service or need extra transit time. For an out-of-service address, the parcel goes to the nearest Fetchr office for collection, and extended-transit areas may also carry an extra charge. The list includes Kalba and Khor Kalba in Fujairah; Al Quaz after Sharjah airport, Maliha, Al Barshi and Badia in Sharjah; Al Hail, Al Ghail, Shawkha and Al Jeer in Ras Al Khaimah; Swayhan, Al Faqa, Al Hayar and Al Qua around Al Ain; and Mirfa, Das Island, Ghayati, Al Sila and Taweelah in Abu Dhabi, among others. Two places get partial service: Shaam in Ras Al Khaimah is covered twice a week, and Burairath only near the college. In Mezyad, residential areas are not served. If your address is on the list, check with customer care before ordering anything you need by a set date. ## Tracking, returns history and cancelling Your Crocs account has an order history page that shows each order’s status, and a separate returns history page where you can follow a return you have requested. For the parcel itself, the Track Your Order link on the site opens the delivery partner’s tracking page. There is no published deadline for changing or cancelling a UAE order, so call customer care straight away if you need to. If a card order is cancelled, the refund goes back to the original card, and the bank decides how fast it appears. ## Returns and exchanges The window is 14 days from the day the order is delivered. Items must come back unused, as you received them, in the original packaging with the original tags and the sales invoice. You can return by courier collection or at a Crocs store; some items are excluded from store returns, so call +971 80 027627 to check first. Exchanges are limited to an item of identical value, such as the same style in another size, and can be arranged online, by phone or in a store. Collected items usually reach the warehouse in 48 to 72 hours and the replacement is sent after inspection. Anything bought on a promotion or at a discount cannot be exchanged. On a Buy 2 & Get 30% Off order, returning any item ends the promotion. The refund is worked out from the items you keep at full price, and Crocs links this rule to UAE consumer protection regulations.
