The number on the Saudi contact page is +971 80 027627, a UAE number, and the line is open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM Gulf time (GMT+4), which is 8 AM to 8 PM in Riyadh. Online questions go to contact@crocsgulf.com, and bulk or business buyers have a separate address, wholesale@crocsgulf.com. At the time of reading, the site carried a notice that a temporary system issue may slow replies, so allow extra time for an email answer and call if the matter is urgent. Put your order reference in the subject line. The contact page lists no WhatsApp number or live chat. ## Delivery times, courier and remote areas A standard Saudi delivery normally lands in one or two working days, with remote areas taking longer. Free delivery is tied to the Economy Shipping option, and Crocs describes it as a limited-time offer that can change without notice, so keep Economy selected at checkout. Parcels are carried by Fetchr and follow its delivery schedule and terms. If your address falls in an area Fetchr does not serve, the order is sent to the nearest Fetchr office for you to collect, and extra charges may apply. The Saudi page does not list which areas count as out of service, so if you live outside a main city, ask customer care before ordering. ## Tracking, changing and cancelling an order There are two places to follow an order. The Order Status page in your Crocs account shows your order history, and the Track Your Order link on the site opens a tracking page run by Crocs’ delivery partner, where you enter your order details. Crocs does not publish a deadline for changing an address or cancelling after payment, so call +971 80 027627 as early as possible if you need either. The one cancellation rule on the returns page concerns money: a cancelled card order is refunded to the same card, and how long the bank takes to show it is outside Crocs’ control. ## Returns and size exchanges You have 14 days from the delivery date. The pair must be unused, in its original box with the original tags, and sent with the sales invoice; a return without the invoice is refused. Crocs calls its return process free and does not mention a return fee. Exchanges are only for an item of the same value, which in practice means a different size of the same style. You can ask for one on the website, through customer care or in a store. After the courier collects your pair it usually reaches the warehouse within 48 to 72 hours, and the replacement ships once the returned item has been inspected. Items bought on promotion or at a discount cannot be exchanged. To return in person, take the unused pair and the original invoice to a Crocs store. Not every item is accepted in stores, so call customer care first to check. - Check that you are within 14 days of delivery and that the pair is unworn, with tags and box. - Find the sales invoice; without it the return is not accepted. - Request the return on the website, or call +971 80 027627. - Pack the item and hand it to the courier who comes to your delivery address. - Wait for the warehouse check, then for the refund or the exchanged pair. ## Refunds by payment method Orders paid by card, or through Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay, are refunded to the bank account. The returns page gives 7 working days from receipt of the returned item in one place and 7 to 10 working days in another, so allow up to 10 working days before chasing. If you paid cash on delivery, you get store credit back instead of money. The credit can only be spent on the Crocs Gulf website, must be used in one go on an order of the same or higher value, and the courier section says it is valid for one year from the date it is issued. A worked example: a SAR 200 COD return gives SAR 200 of credit, so the next order should be SAR 200 or more to use all of it. ## Payment options On the Saudi site you can pay with Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, a debit or credit card, store credit, or cash on delivery.
