The articles we read there carry no phone number, email address or chat hours, so begin with the help centre’s contact options when you need a person. Help-centre articles were written at different times. Two Saudi delivery-fee articles disagree, one last edited in August 2021 and one in May 2025; we follow the newer one, and checkout has the final word. ## Delivery times and fees According to the May 2025 article, orders of SAR 200 or more ship free and smaller orders pay SAR 12. The 2021 article quoted SAR 10 instead, so a basket of, say, SAR 180 should show SAR 12 at checkout today. In Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, an order placed before noon is promised inside 2 business days. Everywhere else in the Kingdom, allow 4 business days. If an order is needed for a weekend, place it early in the week. ## Tracking and changing an order Delivery charges and details appear on the checkout page before you pay, and the orders area of your account shows progress afterwards. The Saudi articles we read say nothing about editing an order once placed. ## Cancelling The Saudi help centre lists an article on cancelling an order, but its content was not among the pages we read. We therefore cannot state a cancellation deadline for Saudi orders. ## Returning an item The Saudi returns policy gives non-furniture purchases a 14-day window after delivery, provided it comes back in its original packaging. It refuses worn or misused products; used, altered, assembled or installed products unless faulty; toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics; opened lingerie, jewellery, nappies and nursing or maternity items; bedding, mattresses, towels, bathrobes and kids’ products out of their packaging; and smartwatches. There are no exchanges for colour or size. Faulty products are accepted and inspected, then repaired or replaced at Centrepoint’s discretion. - Confirm you are within 14 days of delivery and the item is not in an excluded category. - Put it back in its original packaging. - Include the original invoice, all accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards. - Start the return from your account or the help centre. ## Refunds Refund timing and method are not covered by the Saudi articles we read. Check the refund articles in the help centre, or ask customer care, before you hand over the parcel. ## Payment methods Saudi shoppers can choose to pay the courier in cash. The August 2021 delivery article said every cash order carried an extra SAR 17 service charge; the May 2025 article does not mention it. Look at the order total before choosing cash. Inside 2 business days, as long as the order goes in before noon. Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam share this faster service. The help centre does not say how much longer a later order takes, and addresses outside the three cities need 4 business days. Delivery is free from SAR 200; below that, the latest help article lists SAR 12. ### Will I pay SAR 17 for cash on delivery? Possibly not. An August 2021 help article listed a SAR 17 charge on all cash-on-delivery orders, but the May 2025 article on delivery charges leaves it out. Centrepoint says delivery charges are shown during checkout, so pick cash on delivery and check the total line before confirming. ### Can I return perfume or make-up bought from Centrepoint? No. Toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics are on the Saudi list of items that cannot be returned, and the policy does not limit this to opened items. The only route for such products is the faulty-item rule: if something arrives defective, Centrepoint inspects it and may repair or replace it. ### Can I return a smartwatch to Centrepoint in Saudi Arabia? No. The Saudi returns policy excludes smartwatches from both returns and exchanges. Check the model, size and compatibility with your phone before ordering. If a smartwatch arrives faulty, the separate rule for defective products applies, under which Centrepoint inspects and then repairs or replaces at its discretion. ### Does Centrepoint have a return policy for furniture? Furniture is treated separately. The 14-day rule we describe covers non-furniture products only, and the Saudi returns article we read does not spell out the furniture terms. Before buying a sofa, bed or wardrobe, check the furniture section of the help centre or ask customer care. ### What should be in the box when I send an item back? The product in its original packaging, the original invoice, every accessory, any promotional gift that came free with the order, and warranty cards.
