The articles we read there do not show a phone number, an email address or support hours, so the help centre’s contact route is the starting point for anything not answered in an article. The related-questions list on each article is a quick way to find the right page: it links to delivery timing, Click & Collect, returns, card refunds, cancelling and payment. ## Delivery and collection The May 2025 fee article sets free delivery at QAR 200 and a QAR 10 charge under it. A previous version put the threshold at QAR 100, so if your basket sits between QAR 100 and QAR 199, expect the QAR 10 fee and confirm it at checkout. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Babyshop products that need assembly are booked into a date and time you choose at checkout. The help centre also has a How does Click & Collect work? article for Qatar; we did not read its details, so check it if you would rather collect. ## Tracking and changing an order The checkout page shows delivery details and charges for your address before you pay, and your account shows the order afterwards. The timing article we read dates from August 2021, so treat the checkout estimate as the current one. Check it as soon as you want to stop an order. ## Returning an item The Qatar policy accepts non-furniture products within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging and with the invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards. It excludes worn or misused items; used, altered, assembled or installed products unless faulty; toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics; opened lingerie, jewellery, nappies and nursing or maternity products; bedding, towels, bathrobes and kids’ products removed from packaging; and smartwatches. Faulty goods are accepted even where an exclusion would apply, and Centrepoint may inspect them before repairing or replacing them. Exchanges are not offered. - Check the 14-day window and the excluded categories. - Repack the item in its original packaging. - Put in the invoice, accessories, any promotional gift and the warranty card. - Start the return from your account or the help centre. - If you wanted another size or colour, place a new order. ## Refunds Qatar’s help centre has an article on refunds for credit and debit card payments. The pages we read do not include refund timing or explain refunds for cash, My Credit or Shukran payments. ## Payment methods Centrepoint Qatar accepts cards issued in Qatar and international cards, cash on delivery, My Credit and Shukran points. The current figure is QAR 200, per the help-centre article last updated in May 2025. An older page mentioned QAR 100, which is why both figures circulate. Orders under QAR 200 pay QAR 10. Centrepoint shows the delivery charge at checkout, and that amount is the one you pay. ### Can I collect my Centrepoint order instead of having it delivered? Qatar’s help centre has a dedicated article on how Click & Collect works, which suggests collection is offered, but we did not read its details. Open that article for the collection points and timing, and look for the option at checkout. Otherwise standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. ### Can I pay with My Credit or Shukran in Qatar? Both are on the Qatar list of payment methods, next to Qatari and international cards and cash on delivery. No minimum points balance is given for Qatar in what we read, so the checkout page will show what you can redeem. ### Can I return a kids’ toy or outfit to Centrepoint Qatar? Kids’ products are accepted only while still in their packaging; once removed, they are on the refused list. Clothing that is unworn and in original packaging can go back within 14 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it can be returned regardless and Centrepoint will decide on repair or replacement. ### How long until I get money back for a card payment?
