Its most-read questions cover cancelling, returns, refunds, delivery charges and payment. None of the articles we read gives a phone number, email address or opening hours, so use the help centre’s own contact route for anything the articles do not answer. ## Delivery times and fees Per the article updated in May 2025, delivery costs KWD 2 below KWD 18 and nothing from KWD 18 up. So a KWD 15 basket is KWD 17 delivered, and adding a KWD 3 item would cost the same while getting more in the box. Most products arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Babyshop goods that have to be assembled are the exception: you choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout. No cut-off time or express option is given for Kuwait in the articles we read. ## Tracking and changing an order Delivery details show on the checkout page as you shop, including the slot picker for Babyshop assembly items. After you order, use your account to follow it. The Kuwait articles we read do not explain how to change an order once it is placed. ## Cancelling How do I cancel my order? is one of the Kuwait help centre’s most popular articles, but we did not read its content, so we cannot quote a deadline. Open it in the help centre before relying on a cancellation. ## Returning an item Kuwait’s policy gives 14 days from delivery to return non-furniture products in their original packaging. Excluded are: worn or misused items; used, altered, assembled or installed products unless defective; toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics; opened lingerie, jewellery, nappies and nursing or maternity products; bedding, mattresses, pillows, towels, bathrobes and kids’ products out of their packaging; and smartwatches. Assembled Babyshop items fall under the assembly exclusion unless there is a manufacturing defect. For any defect, Centrepoint checks the item and repairs or replaces it at its discretion. Exchanges are not offered. - Make sure the item is unused, unassembled and within 14 days of delivery. - Pack it in the original packaging. - Add the original invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards. - Request the return through your account or the help centre. ## Refunds The Kuwait help centre has a refunds topic among its popular questions, but the articles we read do not give refund timing or say how KNET, card and cash payments are returned. Check that article or ask customer care. ## Payment methods In Kuwait you can pay with KNET, with Visa or Mastercard cards, or in cash on delivery, and you can redeem Shukran points once you have 250 or more. For Babyshop products that need assembly, yes. Centrepoint Kuwait lets you schedule the delivery date and time that suits you during checkout. Other products follow the standard 2 to 3 business days. Once assembled, these items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. ### How much does Centrepoint charge for delivery in Kuwait? KWD 2 on orders below KWD 18, and nothing from KWD 18 upwards, according to the help-centre article last updated in May 2025. The charge is shown during checkout. If your basket is a little short of KWD 18, adding an item of up to KWD 2 costs no more than the fee. ### Can I return baby bedding or towels? Only if they are still in their packaging. Bedding, pillows, sheets, duvets, towels, bathrobes and kids’ products are refused once removed from their packaging. Unopened items can go back within 14 days of delivery with the invoice, accessories and any promotional gift that came with them. ### How many Shukran points do I need to pay in Kuwait? Shukran redemption in Kuwait starts at 250 points. Once your balance reaches that, you can redeem points at checkout. Besides points, Kuwait checkout takes KNET, the two main card networks and cash handed to the courier. ### Is there a same-day or express option in Kuwait? Not in the Kuwait articles we read. They give 2 to 3 business days for most products and scheduled slots for Babyshop items needing assembly, with no cut-off time or paid faster tier. For a gift with a deadline, order several days early and check the estimate shown at checkout. ### What happens if a Centrepoint product arrives faulty? Defective products are accepted back even in categories that are normally excluded. Centrepoint checks the item for the defect and then decides whether to repair or replace it.
