# Carrefour Qatar: delivery, returns and customer service Reviewed by [Fadi Nasser](https://couponsradar.com/team/fadi/) · Updated 18 October 2026 ## In short This page gathers what Carrefour Qatar publishes about delivering, returning and paying for online orders, from its home page, the Carrefour NOW page and the TVs category page. The figures that matter: free delivery around the clock above QAR 99, and a QAR 13.50 charge for 60-minute NOW delivery. | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery from | Not published | | Standard delivery fee | Not published | | Return window | Not published | | Free returns | Not published | | Cash on delivery | Yes | | Pay later | Not published | From Carrefour’s own pages for Qatar, read 18 October 2026 · (partly from search snippets of those pages). Use the help options on carrefourqatar.com or in the MAF Carrefour app, and keep your invoice for anything large, because the TV return rules count from the purchase date. ## Delivery options and fees Two delivery routes appear on Carrefour Qatar's pages. The standard one is advertised on the home-page banner as free at any hour of the day for orders over QAR 99; a category page from earlier lists QAR 175, so the delivery line in your cart has the final word. The second is Carrefour NOW, which promises delivery in 60 minutes and shows an express charge of QAR 13.50. Worked example: a QAR 80 grocery order sent by NOW costs QAR 93.50 with the express charge, and still falls short of the QAR 99 free-delivery level for standard delivery. If the order can wait, adding QAR 19 or more of items you need anyway and choosing standard delivery may cost less overall. Delivery areas and time slots are not published in our file. ## Returns Carrefour Qatar's only return rule in our file is on the TVs page. A TV can be returned for 14 days counted from the purchase date, and a manufacturing defect stretches that to 30 days. No general window, return steps or collection method is published for groceries, small appliances or other categories, so ask Carrefour Qatar before ordering anything you may need to return. ## Payment methods Carrefour Qatar accepts card payment and cash on delivery. Our Qatar file does not mention instalment services or Apple Pay and gives no fee for paying cash, and it says nothing about how or when refunds are paid. Online purchases earn SHARE points. ## Saving at Carrefour in Qatar The strongest offer right now: Free delivery over QAR 99. No, it starts on the day you buy. The TVs page gives 14 days from purchase, so if the set takes a few days to arrive, part of the window has already gone. Inspect the screen, stand and remote as soon as it is delivered. A manufacturing defect gives a longer period of 30 days. ### What counts for the 30-day TV return at Carrefour Qatar? A manufacturing defect. That is the condition the TVs page sets for the longer 30-day period, compared with 14 days for an ordinary return. Damage you cause yourself is not described as covered. Keep the invoice, note when the fault first appeared and contact Carrefour Qatar before the 30 days run out. ### Can I get Carrefour Qatar groceries delivered late at night? The home-page banner describes free delivery as available 24/7 on orders above QAR 99, so ordering outside normal shopping hours is advertised. Carrefour NOW, at QAR 13.50, promises 60 minutes, but our file does not say whether NOW runs through the night. The slots offered in the cart for your address are the reliable guide. ### Is it cheaper to use Carrefour NOW or wait for free delivery in Qatar? Waiting is usually cheaper once your basket can pass QAR 99. NOW adds a QAR 13.50 express charge in return for 60-minute delivery. For example, a QAR 90 order by NOW totals QAR 103.50, while adding QAR 9 of needed items and choosing standard delivery brings it to QAR 99 with free delivery, if the cart confirms that threshold. ### Can I return groceries to Carrefour Qatar? The Qatar pages we hold do not say. The only return rule published is for TVs, with 14 days from purchase or 30 for a manufacturing defect. For fresh food and household items, contact Carrefour Qatar through the website or app as soon as you see a problem, and keep the delivery and its packaging until you have an answer. ### How do I pay for a Carrefour Qatar order without a card? Choose cash on delivery at checkout. It is one of the two payment methods Carrefour Qatar lists, alongside cards, and our file shows no extra fee for it. Have the exact amount ready, including the QAR 13.50 express charge if you used NOW, or any standard delivery fee shown in the cart when the order is under the free-delivery level. ## Sources - [carrefourqatar.com/mafqat/en](https://www.carrefourqatar.com/mafqat/en) - [carrefourqatar.com/mafqat/en/c/carrefour-now](https://www.carrefourqatar.com/mafqat/en/c/carrefour-now) - carrefourqatar.com/mafqat/en/c/tvs ## Carrefour in other Gulf countries [Carrefour UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/carrefour/uae/delivery-returns/)[Carrefour KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/carrefour/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/) **[Fadi Nasser](https://couponsradar.com/team/fadi/)** · Food delivery, groceries, pharmacy and payments Fadi tracks food-delivery and grocery apps, pharmacies and payment options: cash on delivery, pay-later plans and bank-card offers, and the fine print that decides whether they combine with a code.
