Riyadh is quickest, at two to four working days. Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar take 3 to 5, and other Saudi cities take 3 to 6. Where the item is dispatched from also matters. Products that ship from Kuwait take 7 business days whatever the Saudi city, so a fragrance in stock in Kuwait could take longer to reach Riyadh than one held locally. If a date matters, assume the longer figure for every item in the basket. Delivery fees for Saudi Arabia are not in our records; check the amount at checkout. ## Returns Saudi customers have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Oud and incense are excluded and cannot be sent back. Send something back simply because you changed your mind, such as a shade you no longer want, and Boutiqaat keeps the delivery charge from the original order. So it pays to check shade names, sizes and volumes before ordering, especially on small baskets where the delivery fee is a larger share. - Confirm the item arrived within the last 14 days. - Check it is not oud or incense. - Decide whether the reason is a change of mind, since shipping fees are not refunded in that case. - Request the return through Boutiqaat's support site or customer service, with your order number. ## Refunds Our Saudi records do not state how long a refund takes or where it is paid. The one confirmed rule is that order shipping fees stay with Boutiqaat on change-of-mind returns. ## Payment methods and instalments Boutiqaat accepts credit and debit cards, mada and Apple Pay in Saudi Arabia, and the store is listed on Tabby for KSA. Wallet credit and Tabby or Tamara are mutually exclusive on one order, so if you hold credit, pay the balance with mada, a card or Apple Pay. Probably because that item ships from Kuwait. Riyadh deliveries normally take 2 to 4 business days, but products dispatched from Kuwait take 7 business days. If your order mixes local and Kuwait stock, the items may not arrive together. Contact customer service with your order number if you need to confirm. ### How long does Boutiqaat take to deliver to Abha or Tabuk? Allow 3 to 6 business days. Cities outside Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar fall into that range. If an item ships from Kuwait, the figure is 7 business days instead, so for an occasion order more than a week ahead. ### Will Boutiqaat refund my delivery fee if I return a lipstick I do not like? No. A return made because you changed your mind does not bring back the delivery charge. The 14-day window from delivery still applies to the lipstick itself. Checking the shade name and swatches before ordering is the best way to avoid paying delivery twice. ### Will Boutiqaat let me mix wallet credit and Tabby in one checkout? No. Boutiqaat credit cannot be combined with Tabby or Tamara on one order. Pair the credit with mada, a card or Apple Pay instead, or place two separate orders: one using the credit and one paid with Tabby. ### Is delivery to Dammam faster than to Medina? Usually, yes. Boutiqaat gives Dammam, Jeddah and Khobar 3 to 5 business days, while other cities such as Medina fall into the 3 to 6 day range. The difference is at most one day, and it disappears if the item ships from Kuwait, which takes 7 business days to any Saudi city. ### Can I send back bakhoor bought from Boutiqaat in Saudi Arabia? No. Oud and incense, which includes bakhoor, are excluded from returns. Other products have the usual 14 days after delivery.
