Our records give no separate timing for Muscat or for other governorates, and no express option. Since a working week plus weekends is close to ten calendar days, order gifts for Eid or weddings two weeks ahead. The Oman delivery fee is not in our records and shows at checkout. ## Returns Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery, provided they are in original condition: unused, complete and in their packaging. Anything made from oud or incense is final sale, with neither return nor exchange, which matters if bakhoor or oud is on your list. - Check that no more than 14 days have passed since delivery. - Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. - Confirm it is not oud, incense or a derivative. - Request the return through Boutiqaat's support site or app, quoting your order number. ## Refunds Our Oman records do not state refund timing or where refunds are paid. Ask when you arrange the return. ## Payment methods Omani orders can be paid by Apple Pay or a credit or debit card. Cash on delivery and instalments are not listed for Oman in our records. Codes for Oman, where any exist, are on our Boutiqaat coupon page. ## Saving at Boutiqaat in Oman The strongest offer right now: F53EADB4, 10% off with an influencer-boutique code. Boutiqaat gives one figure for Oman: 7 business days for orders placed from Oman. Our records do not show a different time for Salalah or other governorates. If the seventh working day passes, contact Boutiqaat through its support site or the app with your order number. ### I opened a perfume from Boutiqaat and do not like it. Can I return it in Oman? Probably not. Oman returns require the item to be in its original condition, and an opened, sprayed perfume no longer meets that. Unopened items have the normal 14-day window after delivery. If the perfume is oud-based, it is excluded regardless. ### Can I exchange bakhoor for a different blend? No. Incense and its derivatives cannot be exchanged or returned, and bakhoor falls into that group. Treat incense purchases as final: start with a blend you already know, or buy a small quantity to test before ordering more. ### Which cards does Boutiqaat accept in Oman? Credit and debit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay. Our records do not name specific networks or a local debit scheme for Oman. If a card is declined, Apple Pay linked to a different card is the other route on record. ### What counts as original condition for a Boutiqaat return? In practice, an item that is unused, complete and still in its packaging, with seals intact on beauty products. Our Oman records require original condition but do not define it further, so keep boxes, tags and inserts until you are sure, and ask customer service if in doubt. ### Can I follow my Boutiqaat order to Oman in the app? Boutiqaat has an app in which orders can be placed and managed, and it is the easiest place to keep your order details together. Our records do not describe the tracking steps for Oman, so if the app shows nothing new near day seven, contact Boutiqaat through the support site. ## Sources - [support.boutiqaat.com/](https://support.boutiqaat.com/) - [support.boutiqaat.com/shipping/delivery](https://support.boutiqaat.com/shipping/delivery) - support.boutiqaat.com/payment - support.boutiqaat.com/exchange-return-items - apps.apple.com/app/id1021268294 ## Boutiqaat in other Gulf countries [Boutiqaat UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/boutiqaat/uae/delivery-returns/)[Boutiqaat KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/boutiqaat/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Boutiqaat Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/boutiqaat/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[Boutiqaat Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/boutiqaat/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Boutiqaat Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/boutiqaat/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
