Boutiqaat does not publish its customer-care hours in the facts we hold. ## Delivery in Kuwait Boutiqaat quotes a window of two to five working days for a Kuwaiti order. That window is the same across the country in our records, and Boutiqaat does not set out a same-day option for Kuwait. For a gift needed on a Thursday evening, ordering by the previous Sunday gives the full five working days. You may top up wallet credit with KNET or a card on the same order, but it cannot be combined with Tabby or Tamara. Boutiqaat's stated route is wallet credit: returns are credited to your Boutiqaat wallet within 48 hours of pickup and inspection, and cancelled orders within 24 hours. Yes, much shorter: one day for innerwear and valuables, against 14 days from delivery for most other products.
