Boots publishes two different pictures of Saudi delivery. The delivery page says standard delivery is free on all orders and arrives within 2 to 5 days. Behind the scenes, though, the site's settings list a SAR 20 charge that disappears above SAR 149. Until the two match, check what the basket charges for delivery before paying.

Same-day delivery costs SAR 25 for orders placed before 12 pm. Collection is the slow option in the Kingdom, with up to a week of preparation before the branch has your order (the stated range is 3 to 7 days), followed by a 7-business-day holding period. Anything needed this week is better sent to your door.

## How to return an item

Returns are accepted within 14 days at a Boots store, with the invoice. Items bought in another country cannot be returned in Saudi Arabia, so a product ordered from Boots UAE or Kuwait has to go back there. The information we used mentions no courier pickup for returns.

- Check that you bought the item from Boots in Saudi Arabia and that you are within 14 days.
- Find the order invoice.
- Visit any Boots branch in the Kingdom with the item and the invoice.
