# Bath & Body Works UAE: delivery, returns and customer service Reviewed by [Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/) · Updated 18 October 2026 ## In short This page explains how Bath & Body Works orders work in the UAE: the two ways to receive them, how delivery charges are set and what happens to those charges if you send something back. The key points are that Click & Collect is free on every order and that delivery fees are refunded only for faulty, damaged or wrong items. | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery from | Not published | | Standard delivery fee | Not published | | Return window | Not published | | Free returns | Not published | | Cash on delivery | Not published | | Pay later | Not published | From Bath & Body Works’s own pages for UAE, read 18 October 2026 · (partly from search snippets of those pages). Alshaya runs the UAE store as well as the brand's Arabia app. A phone number, email address or support hours for UAE customers are not published in the records we hold, and the store's FAQ and terms pages blocked our reader on 26 October. Those two pages are where to look first for contact details. ## Home delivery and Click & Collect UAE orders can go to your address or be collected from selected stores. Click & Collect is free on all orders according to the FAQ page, with no minimum basket mentioned, which makes it the cheapest route if a participating branch is near you. For home delivery there is no flat fee. What you pay depends on three things: the items, the service level picked and where you live, and the order confirmation email states the figure. A free-delivery threshold could not be read from the store page itself, so check the delivery line before you pay. We hold no published delivery times for the UAE. ## Tracking, changes and cancelling The order confirmation email is your reference: it carries the delivery charge, so keep it until the parcel arrives. We have nothing published on tracking, on changing an order or on cancelling one in the UAE. ## Returns We have no published return window or step-by-step procedure for the UAE. What is published concerns money: on a return, the delivery fee is not refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. A change of mind therefore costs you the delivery charge, while a broken candle or the wrong scent should bring it back. ## Refunds and payment Refund timing and the payment methods accepted in the UAE, including cash on delivery, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara, are not confirmed in our records. Look at the payment step before you build an order around one method. Codes are covered on the Bath & Body Works coupon page. ## Saving at Bath & Body Works in the UAE The strongest offer right now: V6VP, Bath & Body Works code V6VP. The charge depends on the products, the delivery service and your address, and it is shown in the order confirmation email. We could not read a free-delivery threshold from the store page, so check the delivery line at checkout. Click & Collect from selected stores costs nothing. ### Is UAE delivery money refunded when I send an item back? Only if the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. For any other return, such as a scent you did not like, the delivery fee stays with the store. If you live near a participating branch, using free Click & Collect avoids the question entirely. ### Is there a minimum order for Click & Collect in the UAE? None is mentioned. The FAQ page says Click & Collect is free on all orders, and it is offered from selected stores rather than every branch. Choose a participating store at checkout. How long an order is held for collection is not published for the UAE. ### What is the Bath & Body Works return window in the UAE? We hold no published window, and the FAQ and terms pages could not be read when we checked on 26 October. The one confirmed rule is about delivery fees, which are refunded only for faulty, damaged or wrong items. Read the returns section of the terms before ordering untested scents. ### Where do I find the delivery charge for my UAE order? In the order confirmation email, which states the charge for your products, service and address. Keep that email until the parcel arrives and any return is settled, since it is your record of what you paid for delivery and whether that amount could come back. ### Can I order Bath & Body Works UAE through an app? Yes. The Arabia app that Alshaya runs for the brand delivers inside the UAE, and it offers home delivery or pickup from a nearby store. The same rule on delivery fees for returns should be expected, so check the charge in the app before you pay. ## Sources - [bathandbodyworks.ae/en/faqs](https://www.bathandbodyworks.ae/en/faqs) - [bathandbodyworks.ae/en/terms-conditions-sale](https://www.bathandbodyworks.ae/en/terms-conditions-sale) ## Bath & Body Works in other Gulf countries [Bath & Body Works KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/bath-and-body-works/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Bath & Body Works Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/bath-and-body-works/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[Bath & Body Works Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/bath-and-body-works/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Bath & Body Works Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/bath-and-body-works/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
