For email, use wecare.kw@arabianoud.com. All channels answer between 8am and 6pm, Sunday through Thursday. The Kuwait head office is in Salmiya, on Salem Al-Mubarak Street in the Dana Center complex, floor 4, office 402. If you are calling about an order, have the order number and the mobile number you used to hand, as both are needed to open a return. ## Delivery Shipping anywhere in Kuwait is free on orders over KWD 25 and costs a flat KWD 2 below that. The page does not say which rule applies at exactly KWD 25, so if your basket lands on that figure, check the shipping line at checkout. A courier delivers within 1 to 9 working days, and the final shipping and tax amounts are confirmed when the order is completed. ## Tracking Once dispatched, a Kuwait order is tracked on the shipping company's website. The store's policy page does not say which company it uses, so take the courier name and tracking number from your order details. Changing or cancelling an order is not covered in the pages we read; call the Kuwait line during working hours if you need to. ## Returns and exchanges The clock starts at purchase: a week for a return, and just over two weeks, 15 days, for an exchange. The bottle must be sealed and as it arrived, with its box, accessories and labels, and you need a receipt or proof of payment. Exchanges cover only a manufacturing defect and give you the same item; for a different perfume, return the first one and place a fresh order. Oud wood, oud oil, opened perfumes and partly used gift bags cannot be returned. - Visit the returns portal at rtn.arabianoud.com. - Select your order by entering the order number and mobile number. - Complete the return request. - Alternatively, take the perfume to any Arabian Oud branch to return or exchange it there. ## Refunds Once a return is approved, the money is sent to whatever you paid with. Most refunds settle inside a working week or so, between 3 and 7 business days, though some take up to 14. A KNET payment, for instance, should come back to the same KNET-linked account rather than as store credit. The policy does not set out separate timings by payment method. ## Payment Online payment in Kuwait works with the local KNET debit network as well as credit cards and Apple Pay. The Kuwait shipping page also says cash on delivery is available in Kuwait, although cash is not part of the store's payment list we hold, so confirm it at checkout. Instalment services are not offered here. Current offers are on our Arabian Oud Kuwait coupon page. ## Saving at Arabian Oud in Kuwait The strongest offer right now: Free shipping over KWD 25. In Salmiya, on Salem Al-Mubarak Street, in the Dana Center complex on floor 4, office 402. The office keeps customer care's working week of Sunday through Thursday. For returns, though, the policy points you to the online portal or any Arabian Oud branch rather than the office. ### Which email reaches Arabian Oud's Kuwait team? wecare.kw@arabianoud.com. Use it for order questions that are easier to put in writing, such as a damaged parcel or a refund that has not arrived after 14 business days. Replies arrive on working days, so a message sent on a Friday is usually answered from Sunday. ### Does an order of exactly KWD 25 ship free? The shipping page does not say. It sets free shipping for orders over KWD 25 and a KWD 2 fee for orders under KWD 25, leaving the exact figure unclear. If your basket is right on KWD 25, check the shipping line at checkout, or add a small item to go clearly above it. ### How do I track an Arabian Oud delivery to Kuwait? Use the shipping company's website with the tracking details from your order. Arabian Oud ships Kuwait orders through a courier within 1 to 9 working days, but its policy page does not name the courier or give a tracking link, so the order confirmation is the place to look. ### Can I swap my perfume for another one from the Kuwait store? Not as an exchange. Exchanges are only for the same product with a manufacturing defect. To get a different perfume, return the unopened bottle within 7 days of purchase through rtn.arabianoud.com or a branch, then place a new order. The refund goes back to your original payment method. ### What do I need to start an online return? Your order number and the mobile number used on the order, which you enter at rtn.arabianoud.com to find the order. Keep a receipt or proof of payment to hand as well, and leave the bottle sealed in its box with any accessories and labels. ## Sources - [kw.arabianoud.com/en/redirect/pages/1074262399](https://kw.arabianoud.com/en/redirect/pages/1074262399) - [kw.arabianoud.com/en/redirect/pages/1431295276](https://kw.arabianoud.com/en/redirect/pages/1431295276) - kw.arabianoud.com/en/redirect/pages/249403345 ## Arabian Oud in other Gulf countries [Arabian Oud UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/arabian-oud/uae/delivery-returns/)[Arabian Oud KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/arabian-oud/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Arabian Oud Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/arabian-oud/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Arabian Oud Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/arabian-oud/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[Arabian Oud Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/arabian-oud/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
