The contact page shows the WhatsApp number +966 92 000 5511 and the handle almatarapp on X, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn. There is no Omani phone number, and no email or office address is displayed. The operator named on the contact page is Almatar Alarabi Commercial Services, licence number 73100546, which is useful to note if you ever need to identify the merchant to your bank. ## Holding and changing a booking For some hotels a book now, pay later option appears, which lets you hold a stay early without paying at once. If it shows for your hotel, it is useful while dates are still settling. Changes to a paid booking are handled through support; the procedure and fees for Oman are not described in the material we read, so ask on WhatsApp for the full cost first. ## Cancelling a booking The Oman material does not describe the cancellation steps separately. Start from the booking itself, online or in the app, then follow up with the WhatsApp team and get the outcome confirmed in writing. Ask what will be refunded before you confirm, especially if the booking used a coupon. ## Refunds and coupons Refund timings for Oman are not published. Because the charge is made in riyals, any refund is converted back to Omani rials by your bank. Almatar's coupon rules also affect what you are owed: coupons run for a limited time, may be withdrawn, cannot be stacked with another offer, and one issued by mistake can be cancelled. Read a coupon's terms in the Promotions section before you rely on it in a booking. Codes themselves are covered on our Almatar coupon page. ## Payment methods From Oman you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, or use Tabby or Tamara to pay in instalments. Charges are in Saudi riyals, so work out the cost in Omani rials using your bank's rate and allow for any foreign-transaction fee. ## Saving at Almatar in Oman The strongest offer right now: MAT30, 7% off hotels, 5% back on flights. Almatar's rules say coupons are time-limited and can be withdrawn, and that a coupon issued in error can be cancelled. If a coupon disappears from your account before you use it, ask the WhatsApp team, but do not plan a booking around a coupon until it has been applied. ### Is anyone at Almatar answering late at night for Oman customers? Yes. Use WhatsApp on +966 92 000 5511 or the almatarapp social accounts, which the contact page says are staffed 24/7. There is no Omani phone line. Messaging from an Omani mobile only uses data, and the written chat is useful if you need to show what was agreed. ### Can I hold a hotel in Oman without paying straight away? Where book now, pay later appears for the hotel, yes. It lets you secure the stay early and pay later. Not every hotel shows it, and the material we read does not give the payment date or the conditions before payment, so read the hotel page carefully first. ### How do I estimate an Almatar price in Omani rials? Take the riyal total shown at checkout and convert it at your bank's card rate, then add any foreign-transaction fee your bank charges. Almatar always charges in Saudi riyals, so the rial figure you finally see is set by your bank rather than by Almatar. ### Where do I find the terms of an Almatar coupon? In the Promotions section, where each coupon's conditions are set out. Read them before paying: Almatar's general rules say coupons expire, can be withdrawn and do not combine with other offers, but individual coupons can add their own limits. ### Is Apple Pay accepted for bookings made in Oman? Yes. Apple Pay is accepted for bookings from Oman, alongside Visa, Mastercard, Tabby and Tamara. The payment is still taken in Saudi riyals, so the card behind your Apple Pay wallet determines the exchange rate and any fee. ## Sources - [almatar.com/en/ae/contact-us/](https://almatar.com/en/ae/contact-us/) - [almatar.com/en/ae/faqs/66eabf471893e413148a7227/](https://almatar.com/en/ae/faqs/66eabf471893e413148a7227/) ## Almatar in other Gulf countries [Almatar UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/almatar/uae/delivery-returns/)[Almatar KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/almatar/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[Almatar Kuwait: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/almatar/kuwait/delivery-returns/)[Almatar Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/almatar/qatar/delivery-returns/)[Almatar Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/almatar/bahrain/delivery-returns/) **[Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/)** · Marketplaces, electronics, home and travel Omar follows the big Gulf marketplaces and electronics retailers.
