# Almajed Oud UAE: delivery, returns and customer service Reviewed by [Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/) · Updated 18 October 2026 ## In short This page covers delivery, returns, refunds and payment for Almajed Oud orders in the UAE. The two figures that matter most: a parcel needs between 2 and 7 working days to reach any emirate, and sealed items have a free 7-day return, by post or over the counter at a UAE branch. | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery from | AED 99 | | Standard delivery fee | AED 30 | | Return window | 7 days | | Free returns | Yes | | Cash on delivery | Yes, fee AED 11 | | Pay later | Not published | From Almajed Oud’s own pages for UAE, read 18 October 2026 · . The Saudi number does not appear for UAE orders, so we do not suggest it. The contact point the UAE terms do describe is a branch: returns can be handed in at Almajed Oud branches in the UAE, and staff there are the nearest people to ask about an order. Tracking and cancellation are not described in the facts we hold. ## Delivery time and fees UAE orders arrive in 2 to 7 working days, with no faster option published. Orders of AED 99 or more ship free; smaller ones pay AED 30. Paying the courier in cash costs a further AED 11. Combined, a basket of AED 60 paid in cash costs AED 101, which is more than an AED 99 basket paid by card. If you are under the bar, adding a second item is usually the better use of the money. ## Returning a product A UAE return costs nothing if it starts inside a week of the parcel arriving. Seals must be unbroken, the item as delivered, and the original invoice attached. Bottles filled or engraved for you are refused, and so is a single piece taken out of a bundle offer. Branches in the UAE accept returns in person. - Confirm the product is unopened and was not filled or engraved to order. - If it belongs to a bundle offer, return the whole bundle together. - Bring the original invoice. - Inside the 7-day window, take everything to a branch in the UAE or use the online return route. ## Refunds The UAE terms in our record do not state how long a refund takes or how it is paid for cash-on-delivery orders. Ask at the branch when you return the item, and hold on to the invoice until you are paid. ## Payment methods Card payment in the UAE means Visa or Mastercard; cash at the door is accepted with AED 11 added. The store also mentions an interest-free plan in 4 instalments covering both Saudi and UAE orders, without naming who runs it for the UAE, so the checkout screen is where you will find out. There is no mention of Apple Pay. Discount codes are covered on our Almajed Oud UAE coupon page. ## Saving at Almajed Oud in the UAE The strongest offer right now: GG9, 10% off at Almajed Oud. Not that the store publishes. Its UAE terms quote a single delivery range, 2 to 7 working days, and list no quicker service. For a perfume or bakhoor needed today, walking into a UAE branch will beat any online order. ### What should I take with me for an in-store return? The unopened product in its original condition, the original invoice, and every piece of the bundle if it came as part of an offer. Go within 7 days of receiving the order. Items filled or engraved to your request will not be accepted, at the branch or online. ### Is there a phone number for Almajed Oud UAE? We could not confirm one. The UAE facts we hold give no customer-service number, WhatsApp, email or hours, and the store's pages did not load for us on 26 October 2026. For returns and order questions, a UAE branch is the contact point the terms describe. ### Does paying cash cost more at Almajed Oud UAE? Yes, AED 11 per order. Visa and Mastercard carry no such fee. On an order under AED 99 you would also pay AED 30 for delivery, so a small cash order carries AED 41 in charges. Reaching AED 99 and paying by card removes both. ### Can I split an Almajed Oud UAE order into instalments? Possibly. Almajed Oud mentions an interest-free plan in 4 parts for UAE orders, but leaves out the name of the company behind it, and the Saudi providers are not listed for the UAE. Look at the checkout before planning on it. ### When will a UAE refund reach me? The UAE terms do not say. They explain when and how to return, but not when or how the money comes back. Ask at the branch when you hand the item in, and keep the original invoice until the refund has reached you. ## Sources - [sa.almajed4oud.com/en/shipping-and-delivery-policy/page-573955883](https://sa.almajed4oud.com/en/shipping-and-delivery-policy/page-573955883) ## Almajed Oud in other Gulf countries [Almajed Oud KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/almajed4oud/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
