# AliExpress Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service Reviewed by [Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/) · Updated 18 October 2026 ## In short This page gathers what AliExpress shows shoppers in Kuwait about shipping, returns, help and payment, and where it is silent. In short: prices switch to Kuwaiti dinars when Kuwait is selected, and the free-shipping, fast-delivery and free-returns benefits cover eligible items, not the whole site. | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery from | Not published | | Standard delivery fee | Not published | | Return window | Not published | | Free returns | Not published | | Cash on delivery | Not published | | Pay later | Not published | From AliExpress’s own pages for Kuwait, read 18 October 2026 · . The marketplace connects you with individual sellers, mostly located in China, and you raise any order problem from that order inside your AliExpress account. ## Shipping to Kuwait Set Kuwait as the destination before you browse, so that prices, shipping lines and benefits are worked out for a Kuwaiti address. The home page then lists free shipping and fast delivery on eligible items. Because each listing decides its own eligibility, a cart can mix free-shipping items with items that carry a charge. AliExpress publishes no free-delivery minimum, standard fee or delivery time for Kuwait on the pages we read. Check the shipping line under each product in the cart before paying, especially on low-priced items, where a charge can outweigh the price itself. ## Returns Free returns apply to eligible items, and the Choice section is where AliExpress collects listings that ship free and can be sent back free. A return window and a refund timeline for Kuwait are not published on the pages we read. Keep the packaging of anything you might send back until you have tried it. ## Payment New shoppers see welcome prices in dinars. Payment methods for Kuwait are not listed on the pages we read, so the payment screen is where you learn which options your account can use and the final total in dinars and fils. ## Saving at AliExpress in Kuwait The strongest offer right now: WOGCC02, KWD 0.650 off orders of KWD 6.470 or more. Because prices, shipping lines and benefits depend on it. With Kuwait selected, AliExpress shows prices in Kuwaiti dinars and marks which items get free shipping, fast delivery and free returns for a Kuwaiti address. Browsing with another country set can show benefits or prices that will not apply once you enter your Kuwait address. ### What is the Choice section on AliExpress? A part of AliExpress where items come with free shipping and free returns. For shoppers in Kuwait, it is the simplest way to filter out items with uncertain shipping charges or no free return. Prices still depend on the seller, so compare a Choice item with a similar non-Choice one, including shipping, before buying. ### Can a cheap AliExpress item cost more to ship than to buy? It can, if the item is not marked for free shipping. AliExpress sets eligibility per listing and publishes no standard fee or free-delivery minimum for Kuwait on the pages we read. Go through the cart item by item and read what each will cost to send, and choose free-shipping listings for small purchases where a fee would cancel out the low price. ### Does AliExpress have a support phone line in Kuwait? None appears on the pages we read, and no email or support hours are given either. Order issues are raised from the order inside your AliExpress account, on the site or app. Most sellers are based in China, so expect replies to come through the account rather than by phone. ### Who gets AliExpress welcome prices in Kuwait? New shoppers. AliExpress shows them welcome prices in Kuwaiti dinars on the home page. The exact rules, such as how many items or orders qualify, are not set out on the pages we read, so check that the welcome price still shows in your cart before paying. ### Is there a deadline for sending an AliExpress item back from Kuwait? The pages we read do not give a return window for Kuwait. What they do show is that free returns apply to eligible items, including those in the Choice section. If you are unsure about an item, keep it unused in its packaging and start the return from the order page as soon as you decide. ## Sources - [ar.aliexpress.com/](https://ar.aliexpress.com/) ## AliExpress in other Gulf countries [AliExpress UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/aliexpress/uae/delivery-returns/)[AliExpress KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/aliexpress/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[AliExpress Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/aliexpress/qatar/delivery-returns/)[AliExpress Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/aliexpress/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[AliExpress Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/aliexpress/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/)** · Marketplaces, electronics, home and travel Omar follows the big Gulf marketplaces and electronics retailers.
