Alanees in Qatar: no published free-delivery minimum; returns within 7 days. Alanees has no coupon codes in Qatar; the deals are reduced prices on selected phones and accessories, such as the 5% Tech Fest markdown, plus free delivery in Doha. Watch your address, because orders more than 20 km from the warehouse pay an extra QAR 15. Published by the store · Last checked 18 Oct 2026 ### Free delivery inside Doha Store deal · All customers · App and website Free in Doha and up to 20 km from the warehouse; QAR 15 extra beyond that. Published by the store · Last checked 18 Oct 2026 Order: verified codes first, then the store’s own offers, then codes listed on several coupon sites, then unverified ones. Labels are explained on [How we check codes](https://couponsradar.com/how-we-check/). ## How to use a Alanees code - Browse alaneesqatar.qa and open the promotion pages, such as Tech Fest, where reduced prices are shown on selected products. - Check the product page itself: the deals we track are markdowns already built into the price, so no code is needed. - Add the item to your cart and enter your address; delivery is free in Doha and up to 20 km from the warehouse, and QAR 15 beyond that. - Pick online payment, or cash or card on delivery, and review the total before confirming. - If Alanees gives you a code directly, enter it at checkout and make sure the total drops; we have no codes on file for this store. ## Delivery and fees in Qatar Delivery from Alanees costs nothing if you are inside Doha or within 20 km of its warehouse. Past that radius, an extra QAR 15 is charged. There is no minimum order for free delivery in the zone, so a single phone case ships free to a Doha address. Timing is less clear-cut. The terms and conditions allow 1 to 3 days for delivery, but the website offers same-day or next-day slots when you check out. In practice, the slot shown for your address is the most reliable guide, and the 1 to 3 day figure is the outer limit set by the terms. If you are not sure whether your address is within 20 km, look for the QAR 15 line before paying. Shop pickup is an option for avoiding that fee, and the shop keeps pickup orders for one day, so collect promptly. ## Returns and refunds in Qatar Alanees has a 7-day window for change-of-mind refunds, counted from delivery. The condition is a sealed box: once you open a phone, tablet or accessory, it no longer qualifies. The refund is not the full amount either, since the delivery charge and any card charges are taken off. For a Doha buyer paying cash, that may mean a full refund; for a buyer outside the free zone paying by card, it will be less. Faulty deliveries are handled separately. If the item arrives damaged or with parts missing, Alanees replaces it or refunds it, as long as you return it with the original box and every accessory. Check the contents as soon as the parcel arrives, photograph any damage, and contact customer care on 4032-1111. The terms we read do not give a timeline for refunds. ## Paying for Alanees orders in Qatar You can pay online when you order, or pay on delivery in cash or by card. Card on delivery is useful if you want to inspect the parcel at the door but prefer not to carry cash for an expensive phone. No fee for paying on delivery is published in the FAQ or terms. Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay are not mentioned in what we read, and we have no Qatari bank-card offers for Alanees on file. The choice of method matters mainly for refunds: card charges are deducted from a change-of-mind refund, so cash on delivery is the safer choice for an item you are still deciding on. If you change your mind before the courier arrives, cancelling through customer care on 4032-1111 avoids any deduction. ## Alanees Qatar at a glance | | | | --- | --- | | Delivery | No charge in Doha or up to 20 km from the warehouse; QAR 15 extra further out | | Delivery time | Terms say 1 to 3 days; checkout offers same-day or next-day slots | | Payment | Online, or cash or card when the courier arrives | | Change of mind | Sealed box, 7 days from delivery; delivery and card charges deducted | | Damaged or incomplete | Replacement or refund when returned with box and accessories | | Cancelling | Call 4032-1111 before the order is delivered | | Return window | 7 days | | Free returns | No | | Cash on delivery | Yes | Read from Alanees’s own Qatar pages on 18 October 2026 · . A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store. - Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee. - You have 7 days to return, and returns may carry a fee. A refund normally excludes the discount you received. - There is no VAT in Qatar as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery. ## Tips for saving at Alanees in Qatar - Look for reduced prices on the Tech Fest page rather than searching for a code, since Alanees applies discounts to the price itself. - If you live more than 20 km from the warehouse, compare the QAR 15 delivery charge with shop pickup, and collect within a day. - Leave a new phone sealed until you are sure: the 7-day change-of-mind refund only covers unopened boxes. - Pay cash on delivery for a device you might return, because card charges come off a change-of-mind refund. ## Savings by basket size ## Frequently asked questions ### Is there a working Alanees promo code in Qatar today? Alanees runs 5% off selected phones and accessories in Qatar without a code (last checked 18 Oct 2026). ### How many Alanees codes does Coupons Radar list for Qatar? As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 2 live offers for Alanees in Qatar: 2 from the store itself and 0 listed on coupon sites. Alanees in Qatar: no published free-delivery minimum; returns within 7 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date. ### Is Alanees delivery free in Doha? Yes. Delivery is free to addresses inside Doha and to anywhere within 20 km of the Alanees warehouse, with no minimum order. You only pay for delivery if your address is further out, in which case QAR 15 is added at checkout. ### How much does Alanees charge for delivery outside Doha? QAR 15. If your address is more than 20 km from the warehouse, Alanees adds an extra QAR 15. On a small accessory, that can cancel out a markdown, so compare it with picking the order up from the shop, where orders are held for one day. ### How fast does Alanees deliver in Qatar? Often same day or next day. The checkout offers same-day and next-day delivery slots, while the terms and conditions allow 1 to 3 days. Choose a slot when you order, and treat three days as the longest it should take. ### What is the Alanees return window? 7 days from delivery for a change of mind. The box must still be sealed, and the refund is reduced by the delivery charge and any card charges. Damaged or incomplete items fall under a separate rule and are replaced or refunded when returned with the box and accessories. ### Are returns free at Alanees? No, not for a change of mind. Alanees deducts the delivery charge and any card charges from the refund. If you live in the free delivery zone and paid cash, there may be little or nothing deducted. Returns of damaged or incomplete items are replaced or refunded under the defective-item rule. ### Can I pay by card on delivery at Alanees? Yes. Alanees accepts cash or card on delivery, as well as online payment. Paying at the door lets you check the parcel first. No fee for paying on delivery is published. Remember that card charges are deducted if you later return a sealed item because you changed your mind. ### Can I collect an Alanees order from the shop? Yes. Shop pickup is available and is a way to avoid the QAR 15 charge if you live beyond 20 km from the warehouse. The shop keeps pickup orders for one day, so plan to collect promptly once you are told the order is ready. ### What is the Alanees customer care number? 4032-1111. Customer care on that number handles order cancellations before delivery, and it is the line to call about a damaged or incomplete delivery. Have your order number ready, and for damage, take photos of the parcel and the item before calling. ## Change log - 26 Oct 2026 · Added 5% off selected phones and accessories (a store deal without a code). - 26 Oct 2026 · Added Free delivery inside Doha (published by the store). **[Omar Khatib](https://couponsradar.com/team/omar/)** · Marketplaces, electronics, home and travel Omar follows the big Gulf marketplaces and electronics retailers.
