Al-Dawaa Pharmacies in Saudi Arabia: free delivery from SAR 100; returns within 7 days. In Saudi Arabia coupon sites carry just a handful of Al-Dawaa codes, typically at about 15%, so the store's own offer magazine and its free delivery from SAR 100 are often the better saving. Watch the return rules: express orders cannot be sent back after delivery except through a branch or customer service. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted. ## How to use a Al-Dawaa Pharmacies code - Open al-dawaa.com or the Al-Dawaa app and sign in to your account. - Add your products to the cart and confirm delivery reaches your city, or choose collection or Al-Dawaa Now. - At checkout, type the code into the promo code or coupon box and apply it. - Read the summary: the discount, the delivery fee and the total should all update before you pay. - Pay with mada, a card, Apple Pay, STC Pay or Tamara; Al-Dawaa Now orders cannot be paid in cash. ## Delivery and fees in KSA Al-Dawaa offers three ways to get an order: standard home delivery, collection from a branch and Al-Dawaa Now. Standard delivery is free from SAR 100 in the cities its delivery page lists. Under SAR 100 you will pay SAR 10 or SAR 12, because the delivery page and the terms page give different figures. How long it takes depends on what you order and how much of it, as little as 2 hours or up to 7 business days. Al-Dawaa Now is priced separately and never free in our facts: SAR 16 on orders under SAR 150 and SAR 10 from SAR 150. It also cannot be paid in cash on delivery. If an item is urgent, compare the Al-Dawaa Now fee with collecting it yourself from a branch, which the store also offers. ## Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia You have 7 days from receipt to return an Al-Dawaa order, and the product must be in its original condition with everything it came with. The refund covers the product price only and reaches you within 7 to 14 business days; the delivery fee stays with the store. The reason for the return matters. If you simply changed your mind, shipping or transfer charges apply. If the product has a manufacturing defect, they do not. Damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. Medicines imported on request are final sale. Express orders cannot be returned through the normal route once delivered; a branch or customer service has to handle them. ## Paying in Saudi Arabia Al-Dawaa accepts mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and STC Pay, and offers instalments through Tamara. That covers the local debit network, the main card schemes and the two most common mobile wallets in the kingdom. Cash is the gap. Al-Dawaa Now does not accept cash on delivery, and the pages we read do not confirm cash for standard delivery either, so plan to pay online. Tamara is the only instalment service named; Tabby is not on the list. If you are using a reported code together with Tamara, check the total on the Tamara screen, since the facts do not say how the two interact. No surcharge is listed for any of the online methods. ## Al-Dawaa Pharmacies Saudi Arabia at a glance | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery | From SAR 100 in selected cities | | Delivery fee | SAR 10 under SAR 100 per the delivery page; SAR 12 per the terms | | Delivery time | 2 hours to 7 business days, by item and quantity | | Al-Dawaa Now | SAR 16 under SAR 150, SAR 10 from SAR 150; no cash | | Returns | 7 days; product price refunded in 7 to 14 business days | | Payment | mada, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara | | Free delivery from | SAR 100 | | Return window | 7 days | | Free returns | No | | Also accepts | Tamara, Apple Pay | Read from Al-Dawaa Pharmacies’s own Saudi Arabia pages on 18 October 2026 · (from search snippets of those pages, as the pages blocked us). A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store. - Delivery is free from SAR 100. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it. - Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount. - You have 7 days to return, and returns may carry a fee. A refund normally excludes the discount you received. - Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page. ## Tips for saving at Al-Dawaa Pharmacies in Saudi Arabia - Check Al-Dawaa's offer magazine before using a 15% code; an in-store promotion may already be cheaper. - Confirm your city is on the free-delivery list before building a SAR 100 basket around it. - Photograph anything that arrives damaged and report it within 24 hours, or the claim may not be accepted. - Do not order imported-on-request medicines unless you are sure, because they cannot be returned. ## Savings by basket size ## Frequently asked questions ### Is there a working Al-Dawaa Pharmacies promo code in Saudi Arabia today?
