## How to use a Ajmal code

- Open the Ajmal store for the country you live in; each Gulf store delivers only within its own country, so the UAE site cannot send to Kuwait, for example.
- Add your perfumes, oils or bakhoor to the basket and go to checkout.
- Enter the coupon in the discount code box at checkout and make sure the total drops before you continue.
- Look at the total after the discount: if it has fallen below your country's free-delivery threshold, the delivery fee will be added back.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery; card or Apple Pay is safer if you might need a refund, since a cash-on-delivery order is never refunded as cash.

## Delivery and fees in KSA

The Saudi store charges SAR 20 for delivery below SAR 195 and delivers free above it. Orders travel with Aramex and take 3 to 7 working days, which is noticeably slower than the 2 to 3 days the other Gulf Ajmal stores quote, so allow for it if you are buying a gift for a date.

Accuracy at checkout has a real cost here. If the mobile number or address you enter is wrong and the parcel has to be sent again, the store charges SAR 34.5 for re-delivery. That is more than the standard delivery fee, so check both before you confirm. Once the shipping label exists, the order can no longer be cancelled, so treat the confirm button as final.

## Returns and refunds in KSA

Ajmal Saudi has the tightest return policy of the six Gulf stores. You must ask for a return no later than 3 days after delivery, extended to 7 working days if the item has a manufacturing defect. Discounted products, oud wood and perfume oils sit outside the policy altogether, and return shipping is not free. Exchanges are currently not offered, so you cannot swap one scent for another.

Refunds, when approved, take 7 to 20 working days. Orders paid by cash on delivery are not refunded at all, according to the Saudi store. Put together, this means a code used on a sale item and paid in cash gives you no route back if you change your mind. Save codes and cash on delivery for scents you already know.

## Paying at Ajmal Saudi

Saudi shoppers can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or cash on delivery. No cash-on-delivery fee is published, and the store does not name mada on its payment list. Tabby and Tamara are not available, which is worth knowing if you are used to splitting perfume purchases into instalments at other Saudi stores.

Because cash-on-delivery orders cannot be refunded here, card or Apple Pay is the sensible choice for anything you are not completely sure about. Codes on our Saudi list run at 5%, 6% and 10%, all reported by other coupon sites; one is described as an extra discount on perfumes and gifts. Enter one, check the total and whether it still clears SAR 195, and only then choose how to pay.

## Before you pay at Ajmal in Saudi Arabia

- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 195; below that it costs SAR 20. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 3 days to return, and returns may carry a fee. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

## Tips for saving at Ajmal in Saudi Arabia

- Treat anything on promotion, including the SAR 96 selection, as non-returnable before adding a code to it.
- Type your mobile number and address carefully; a failed delivery costs SAR 34.5 to resend.
- Allow up to 7 working days for Aramex delivery when buying a gift for a specific date.
- A pair of SAR 96 perfumes comes to SAR 192, still SAR 3 short of free delivery, so add a third small item or expect the SAR 20 fee.
