Exchanges are currently not available, which means a different size or scent has to be a new order rather than a swap. ## Returns You have 3 days from delivery to request a return. For a manufacturing defect the window is longer, at 7 working days. Discounted items, oud wood and perfume oils are excluded from returns, so an item bought in a sale stays yours even if you change your mind.
