The store is on Instagram as ajmalperfumeoman and on X as ajmaloman. ## Delivery across Oman Carts under OMR 50 pay OMR 2.000 for delivery, and carts over OMR 50 ship free. The shipping page quotes 2 to 3 working days for both; the FAQ says delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Either way the count starts on the shipping date and depends on the order being accepted and approved. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Omani public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a holiday are handled on the next working day, and you cannot choose a delivery date or slot. Both delivery options cover up to 5 kg. Above that, each kilogram costs OMR 0.500, so a 7 kg order of bakhoor and gift sets adds OMR 1.000. Ajmal does not deliver to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses, and the shipping page says purchase and shipment are available only within Oman. ## Confirmation emails and tracking Expect an acknowledgement email within 24 hours; if none comes, contact customer service with your order details. The order is only accepted when the shipping confirmation arrives, and that email carries a tracking number to use on the carrier's website. The carrier is not named on the page. If you miss a delivery, the delivery partner contacts you after the first failed attempt, and you can also ask support by WhatsApp, email or chat to reschedule. ## Cancelling an order Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after shipping. After that point, an unsuitable item can only go back under the return conditions. Ajmal Oman does not describe a cancellation process before shipping, so contact estore@ajmaloman.com or call quickly if you need one. ## Returns Perfumes, hair mist, deodorants, powders and body lotion can be returned only for a manufacturing defect or a product mismatch, with the request made within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and sampling pieces. If these conditions are met, there is no return charge. Agarwood and perfume oils cannot be returned. Sale items can use the free collection-service return within 7 days if the conditions are met; online-exclusive products and special offers cannot. Ajmal shops in Oman do not take back online orders, and Ajmal is not liable for goods returned by any method other than its collection service. - Within 7 days of delivery, email estore@ajmaloman.com or call +968 71001212 with your order number and the problem. - Keep the item unused with its tags and sampling pieces. - Hand it to Ajmal's collection service when it is arranged. - The refund follows once the return is received and checked. ## Refunds Return refunds are estimated at 7 to 10 working days, and the FAQ allows 7 to 14 working days for a card refund to reach your account. Items bought in a foreign currency are refunded in that currency, so the final amount may vary. Cash-on-delivery orders are not refunded; a replacement is possible only in certain conditions. Delivery charges are not refundable. ## Payment Ajmal Oman takes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and cash on delivery, with cash accepted in Omani rials only. Use the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website. Ajmal Oman does not name the carrier on its shipping page, so follow the link or details in that email. If you have not received it, the order has not shipped yet; contact estore@ajmaloman.com if it seems late. ### Does Ajmal Oman process orders at the weekend? No. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Omani public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend, on a holiday or after the daily cut-off are processed on the next working day, and the 2 to 3 working-day delivery estimate counts from the shipping date. ### How much extra does a heavy Ajmal order cost to ship in Oman?
