If a package does not look right, Airalo asks you to get in touch before you install or use the eSIM, because an untouched eSIM is easier to review. The Saudi pages we used list no phone number or email address, so chat is the channel to plan on. ## How the eSIM reaches you No parcel travels to you in Saudi Arabia. After you pay, the package sits in your Airalo account and you install it on the phone using its QR code, or by typing the details in by hand. There is no courier, delivery fee or delivery area to worry about. Do the installation at home on a stable Wi-Fi connection before you fly. The days on the package usually start counting only when the eSIM first joins a network where you land, so installing a few days early does not cost you validity. ## Finding and checking your order Every package you buy appears under My eSIMs, where each one has its own Package History. The full order record, with its details, is under Profile, then Orders. These are the two places to look when you want to confirm what you bought or start a refund. ## Cancelling a purchase Airalo does not describe a separate cancel button. An unwanted package is handled as a refund request with the reason Wrong purchase or Plans changed, and for those two reasons the money comes back solely as Airmoney credit rather than to your card. If the eSIM has not been installed, you can also hand it to someone else. Open My eSIMs, choose Install or Share, then Share and More, and send the QR code by email, a messaging app or Quick Share, or print it. ## Requesting a refund The Request Refund button shows only on eligible orders. A package that has expired or whose data is used up does not qualify. - Open My eSIMs and select the package. - Under Package History, tap Request Refund. You can also reach it from Profile, then Orders, then the order details. - Pick the reason: Wrong purchase, Plans changed, Installation issues or eSIM not working. - For Installation issues or eSIM not working, choose Airmoney or a refund to your original payment method. - Submit. If you have had several automated refunds recently, the request may go to the support team for a manual check first. ## When the money arrives Airmoney refunds are credited straight away. Money sent back to the original payment method usually needs 7 to 10 business days; Airalo adds that some banks take as long as 30 days. Because the charge was converted from another currency, the riyal amount that returns to your card is worked out by your bank. ## Payment and currency Airalo takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and JCB cards. PayPal, Google Pay and Airmoney credit are accepted too, while Apple Pay appears with a note that some countries lack it, and Alipay works only in the mobile app. To use Airmoney alongside another method, pick the method first, then Apply Code/Use Airmoney, and type the amount of credit to spend. Prices come in one of 16 currencies: USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, PLN, SGD, NOK, DKK, SEK, CHF, NZD, MXN, ZAR and THB. The app follows your phone's region and the desktop site follows your location, but you can switch in your profile in the app or from the top bar on desktop. Your bank sets the conversion rate and may add international fees. Tabby and Tamara are not on the payment list. Open My eSIMs, select the package and look under Package History for Request Refund. The same option is inside the order details under Profile, then Orders. If you cannot see the button on either screen, the order is not eligible, which is the case for packages that have expired or used all their data. ### Why is my Airalo refund taking longer than expected? Most likely it is going back to your card, which usually takes 7 to 10 business days and can stretch to 30 depending on your bank. Airmoney refunds are instant. A request can also be held for a manual check by the support team if you have received several automated refunds recently. ### Can I pay Airalo with a UnionPay or JCB card from Saudi Arabia? Yes. Both are on Airalo's list of accepted cards, next to Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The charge is made in a supported currency rather than riyals, so check whether your card issuer adds a foreign-currency fee, and expect your statement amount to depend on the issuer's exchange rate. ### How do I change the currency Airalo shows me? In the app, go to your profile and pick a currency; on a computer, use the selector in the top navigation bar. Without a choice, the app uses your phone's region and the website uses your location. Signed-in users see the last currency they picked. Only the 16 supported currencies are available. ### Can I talk to Airalo support on WhatsApp? Yes. Tap the orange chat icon in the Airalo app and choose Chat on WhatsApp instead of Chat in the Airalo App. Support runs 24/7. If your issue is with a package you have not installed yet, raise it before installing so the team can review the eSIM in its original state. ### Is sharing an unused eSIM better than refunding it? It can be, if someone you know is travelling to the same place. A Wrong purchase or Plans changed refund returns only Airmoney, while sharing passes the full package on.
