Airalo says that lets the team review the case quickly. ## Setting up the eSIM There is no parcel and no delivery charge: the package is delivered to your Airalo account the moment you pay. Installing it needs a stable connection, so do it in Kuwait on home or office Wi-Fi before you head to the airport. ## Where your orders live Two screens hold everything. My eSIMs lists each package with its Package History, and Profile, then Orders, opens the details of every order. Both lead to the refund option when an order qualifies, so if neither shows it, the order is outside the rules. ## Changed plans or a wrong package There is no separate cancellation; you ask for a refund instead. The reasons Wrong purchase and Plans changed pay back in Airmoney only. If the package is still uninstalled, you have a second route: share it with someone who can use it, from My eSIMs, Install or Share, then Share and More. The QR code can go out by email, a messaging app or Quick Share, be printed, or be shown on another screen to scan. ## How to request a refund Packages that have expired or run out of data are not eligible, and the refund button only appears where the order qualifies. - Go to My eSIMs and tap the package, or open the order from Profile, then Orders. - Tap Request Refund under Package History. - Select the reason that matches: Wrong purchase, Plans changed, Installation issues or eSIM not working. - If the eSIM failed to install or does not work, choose whether the money goes to Airmoney or back to your card. - Send the request and watch for the outcome; frequent recent refunds can send it to manual review. ## Refund timing Credit in Airmoney is instant. Card refunds usually show within 7 to 10 business days and can take up to 30, depending on the Kuwaiti bank that issued the card. Choosing a fault reason when the eSIM genuinely failed is what keeps the card option open; a change of plans does not. ## Payment options in Kuwait Use an international card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay or JCB), PayPal or Google Pay. Apple Pay is offered in some countries only, and Alipay is limited to the app. Airmoney can sit alongside any of them through Apply Code/Use Airmoney at checkout. KNET is not listed. Dinars are not on Airalo's currency list, so the order is charged in another one and international fees may apply on your card. Choose eSIM not working, or Installation issues if it never installed. Those two reasons let you pick a refund to your card instead of Airmoney. Wrong purchase and Plans changed only return Airmoney. Pick the reason that honestly describes the problem, and contact support first if the eSIM is still uninstalled. ### Can I cancel an Airalo order after paying? Not as a separate step. Airalo handles an unwanted, eligible package through Request Refund, and for a wrong purchase or changed plans the money returns as Airmoney. If the eSIM is not installed, sharing it with a traveller you know is the other way to avoid wasting it. ### Will a debit card from a Kuwaiti bank work on Airalo? It can, if it runs on one of the listed networks. Airalo accepts credit and debit cards on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and JCB. Because the charge is not in dinars, your bank treats it as a foreign-currency payment and international fees may apply, so check your card terms first. ### Why was my Airalo refund sent for manual review? Airalo says a request may be passed to its support team for a manual check if you have received several automated refunds recently. It does not mean the refund is refused. Keep an eye on the chat or your email for the team's reply, and avoid filing a second request for the same package. ### Can I send an unused Airalo eSIM to a family member's phone? Yes, provided nobody has installed it yet. The eSIM can move to any compatible device. Go to My eSIMs, tap Install or Share, then Share and More, and use Share eSIM to send the QR code. They scan it on their phone, or you can print it or show it on another screen. ### Does Alipay work for Airalo from Kuwait? Only inside the Airalo mobile app. Alipay is accepted, but Airalo lists it as an app-only method, so it will not appear on the website checkout.
