# adidas Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service Reviewed by [Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/) · Updated 18 October 2026 ## In short adidas serves Kuwait through its adidas.com store, and this page gathers what it publishes about delivery, returns, refunds and payment there. Orders above KWD 35 ship free, and returns cost nothing within 30 days of receiving the order. | | | | --- | --- | | Free delivery from | KWD 35 | | Standard delivery fee | Not published | | Return window | 30 days | | Free returns | Yes | | Cash on delivery | No | | Pay later | Not published | From adidas’s own pages for Kuwait, read 18 October 2026 · . Contact adidas through that page, quoting your order reference. ## Delivery to Kuwait Kuwaiti orders worth more than KWD 35 travel free. Below that, a delivery fee is charged and appears at checkout; the amount is not stated in the facts we hold. Delivery times, areas and express options for Kuwait are not published there either, so read the estimate shown at checkout before you pay. ## Tracking and changes The Kuwait store pages on file do not describe order tracking, editing or cancellation. If you spot a mistake after ordering, raise it through the help page straight away; if the parcel has already shipped, the free 30-day return is the dependable fallback. ## Returning an item Returns from Kuwait are free if made within 30 days of receiving the order. The return instructions are on the Kuwait help page, which we could not reload, so the outline below covers the confirmed window and basic preparation rather than a step-by-step booking process. - Note the day the parcel reached you; the 30 days count from receipt. - Keep the item unused, with its tags and original packaging. - Open the adidas Kuwait help page and request the return for your order. - Hand over the parcel as instructed and keep proof until the refund arrives. ## Refunds Refund timing, the refund route for each payment method and the treatment of any delivery fee are not published for Kuwait in the facts we hold. Paying by card or PayPal means the refund will normally have a clear trail to follow, but confirm the expected date with customer service when you request the return. ## Payment methods adidas.com for Kuwait lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. KNET and cash on delivery are not among them, and no instalment service is listed. The adiClub first-order offer and any codes are covered on the adidas Kuwait coupon page. ## Saving at adidas in Kuwait The strongest offer right now: 10% off your first order with adiClub. From the day you receive the order, not the day you place it. Returns within that period are free. If delivery took several days, you still get the full 30 days from receipt, so note the delivery date and start the return through the Kuwait help page before it runs out. ### Does adidas publish delivery times for Kuwait? Not in the facts we hold. The Kuwait shipping information we have confirms free delivery above KWD 35 but gives no delivery window, delivery days or express option. The checkout is the place to see the estimate for your address, so read it before paying if you need the order by a particular date. ### How do I pay at adidas Kuwait if I do not use credit cards? PayPal is the main alternative. The Kuwait store lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, and KNET and cash on delivery are not among them. A PayPal account can be funded in ways that suit you, so setting one up before checkout avoids a stalled order at the payment step. ### How do I contact adidas about a Kuwait order? Use the Kuwait help page on adidas.com. The facts we hold do not include a Kuwait phone number, email or hours, so the help page is the route we can point to. Give your order reference and describe the item clearly, including the size and colour, so the query can be matched quickly. ### Is the delivery fee refunded on an adidas return in Kuwait? The Kuwait facts we hold do not say. Returns are free within 30 days of receipt, but the treatment of a delivery fee paid on an order of KWD 35 or less is not stated. Ordering above KWD 35 removes the question, because those orders carry no delivery charge in the first place. ### Can I return an adidas.com Kuwait order to a shop? The Kuwait facts we hold do not mention store returns for online orders. They confirm only that returns are free within 30 days of receiving the order, arranged through the online help page. Use that route unless customer service tells you otherwise, and keep the item in its original packaging with the tags attached. ## Sources - [adidas.com/kw/en/shipping.html](https://www.adidas.com/kw/en/shipping.html) - [adidas.com/kw/en/help-page.html](https://www.adidas.com/kw/en/help-page.html) ## adidas in other Gulf countries [adidas UAE: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/adidas/uae/delivery-returns/)[adidas KSA: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/adidas/saudi-arabia/delivery-returns/)[adidas Qatar: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/adidas/qatar/delivery-returns/)[adidas Bahrain: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/adidas/bahrain/delivery-returns/)[adidas Oman: delivery and returns](https://couponsradar.com/stores/adidas/oman/delivery-returns/) **[Huda Saleh](https://couponsradar.com/team/huda/)** · Fashion, beauty and kids Huda covers fashion, fragrance and baby stores across the six Gulf countries.
