## Quick answer

AIVI runs free delivery on orders from AED 100 in the UAE without a code (last checked 26 Oct 2026). The strongest code is APP20: 20% off for new users (listed on 4 independent sites, last checked 26 Oct 2026).

As of 26 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 4 live offers for AIVI in the UAE: 1 from the store itself and 3 listed on coupon sites. AIVI in the UAE: free delivery from AED 100; returns within 14 days.

In the UAE, the AIVI code most widely listed on coupon sites is a 20% new-user code, and the store's own offer is free delivery from AED 100. The one thing to watch is speed versus payment: 60-minute delivery on selected items is prepaid only, so cash is not an option for it.

### How to use DS6

- Add items to your basket in the AIVI app or website.
- At checkout, paste DS6 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names DS6 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.

## How to use a AIVI code

- Open the AIVI app or aivi.com, which replaced 6thStreet, and select your country, since fees and listed codes differ by country.
- Sign in to your account; codes listed for new users only make sense on an account with no earlier orders.
- Add your items, go to checkout and type the code into the coupon or promo code box, then apply it.
- Check that the total after the discount still clears your country's free-delivery threshold, or a delivery fee will be added.
- Choose an online payment method if you can, because cash on delivery adds a service fee in every AIVI country.

## Delivery and fees in the UAE

Standard UAE delivery from AIVI takes 3 to 5 days, the quickest of its six countries. Orders from AED 100 travel free. Below that, the shipping summary says AED 9, while another answer in the same FAQ says AED 10, so expect one of those two amounts and check the order summary for the exact figure.

The UAE also has a 60-minute delivery service for selected items. It works only with prepaid orders, and the FAQ says a fee may apply, without giving the amount in the facts we hold. AIVI's UAE notes add that an express order made before 2 PM is delivered that day. If you need something quickly, look for the 60-minute label on the product and have Apple Pay or a card ready before you check out.

## Returns and refunds in the UAE

UAE orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, free of charge for eligible items. Eligible means unused, so try clothes on carefully and keep the tags and packaging until you are sure.

Refund speed in the UAE depends on the payment method. AIVI's UAE notes put refunds through Tabby and Tamara at 1 to 2 working days, which beats the 5 to 7 days a card refund takes. If you are likely to send part of an order back, an instalment plan therefore frees up your money sooner. The UAE facts do not say how refunds on cash on delivery orders are handled, so if you plan to pay cash and might return something, ask customer service first.

## Paying in the UAE

The UAE has AIVI's fullest confirmed payment list: cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery. Cash carries a service fee of AED 20, more than twice the delivery fee, and it is not accepted for 60-minute delivery.

On an AED 100 basket, a 20% new-user code saves AED 20, the same as the cash fee, so paying cash would leave you with nothing saved. Apple Pay or a card avoids that. Tabby and Tamara are both listed for the UAE, and their faster refund times make them a reasonable choice if you are unsure about sizes. The facts do not give a minimum basket for either service, so check the payment step for the current terms.

## Before you pay at AIVI in the UAE

- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 100; below that it costs AED 9. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 20. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Welcome codes check the account, the phone number and sometimes the card. A second account on the same details is usually refused.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

## Tips for saving at AIVI in the UAE

- Have Apple Pay or a card ready for 60-minute delivery, because that service does not take cash.
- Place express orders before 2 PM if you want them the same day, per AIVI's UAE notes.
- If you might return part of the order, Tabby or Tamara refunds land in 1 to 2 working days, against 5 to 7 for cards.
- Skip cash on an AED 100 basket with a 20% code: the AED 20 cash fee would cancel the whole discount.

## Savings by basket size

Caps flatten the line: past that basket size a bigger order saves nothing extra.
