Email customercare@aivi.com instead; customer care works from 9am to 9pm Gulf Standard Time, which is 8am to 8pm in Doha, every day. WhatsApp and live chat are not mentioned. Put your order number in the subject line, since email is also how you ask for an address change, a parcel hold or a courier return. ## Delivery and charges Delivery to Qatar takes 5 to 7 days. Baskets under QAR 100 pay QAR 9 and larger ones ship free; the billing page shows the shipping line and any service tax. Items from international partners usually take 12 to 14 days. QAR 33 for cash on delivery is the highest cash fee AIVI charges anywhere. Paying cash for a QAR 70 basket brings it to QAR 112. The same basket paid by card costs QAR 79, and adding QAR 30 of items to reach QAR 100 would cost QAR 100 with no fees. The express and quick-delivery services in the FAQ are described for the UAE only. ## Tracking and order changes My Account shows Order Status on the website and app. When the parcel is dispatched, the Air Waybill number arrives by email and SMS; split orders get one SMS listing all shipment numbers and a tracking link. Choose your payment method carefully, because it cannot be changed after ordering: a cash order keeps its QAR 33 fee. The address can be updated through customer care only before billing and shipping, and even then success is not assured. Customer care can hold a prepaid order for 4 days or a cash order for 2. ## Cancelling Before shipping, cancel the full order or some items directly from the order. After fulfilment, email customer care. A prepaid order that is cancelled is refunded in full to the card. Loyalty points and gift vouchers cannot be cancelled once bought. Cancelling a cash order before it ships is a way out if you would rather reorder and pay online. ## Returns and exchanges A return or exchange must be requested no later than 14 days after delivery, and the courier pickup costs nothing. Items must be unused, in unopened original packaging with tags and invoice. Fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear, gift vouchers and made-to-order or altered products are excluded. An exchange swaps the same product for another size or colour of the same value; AIVI ships it 48 to 72 hours after collecting and inspecting the original. International partner items are return-only, and promotional items can be exchanged only while the same promotion is on at the same price. Refuse delivery if the packaging is damaged. Report a wrong item within 24 hours and later-discovered damage within 14 days. - Open the order from My Orders. - Tap Return/Exchange, which may appear as Place Return. - Choose the item and why you are sending it back. - Select the refund method. - Press Return Item. - Pack the item for the free courier pickup, booked within 24 to 48 hours. ## Refunds Refunds are processed within 7 working days after AIVI receives and inspects the item. Card and Apple Pay refunds then take 5 to 7 working days; the FAQ quotes a faster 1 to 2 working days for the two instalment services, Tabby and Tamara, although both are listed as payment methods for the UAE only. Cash orders are refunded as My Cash wallet credit within a day, usable online only and not transferable to a bank. The FAQ is silent on giving back the QAR 33 cash fee. ## Payment Cash on delivery is the method the FAQ confirms for Qatar, at QAR 33. The general answer also names credit and debit cards where enabled by the bank, online bank transfer and reward points; Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara are listed for the UAE. Cheques and demand drafts are not accepted. Club AIVI members can earn up to 5% back in points on eligible purchases after linking their account. By email to customercare@aivi.com. The FAQ gives phone lines for Kuwait and for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman, but none for Qatar. Customer care works from 9am to 9pm Gulf Standard Time, or 8am to 8pm in Doha, seven days a week. Include your order number to speed things up. ### How soon is an AIVI return collected in Qatar? Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting the request in My Orders. The pickup is free. Have the item unused, in its unopened original packaging with tags and invoice. If you need a courier return arranged another way, customer care handles it by email. The refund is processed within 7 working days of inspection. ### Why is my AIVI item taking two weeks? It is probably sent by one of AIVI's international partners. The FAQ says those items usually take 12 to 14 days, compared with 5 to 7 days for standard delivery to Qatar. They can be returned within 14 days of delivery but cannot be exchanged, so order the right size the first time. ### Will AIVI accept a return if I opened the package? No. The returns policy says opened packages are not accepted, and items must come back unused with original tags and invoice. Fragrances, cosmetics and innerwear are excluded in any case. The exception is a damaged or wrong item: report a wrong item within 24 hours, and damage found after delivery within 14 days. ### My AIVI order came in two parcels. How do I track both? AIVI sends an SMS listing each shipment number with a tracking link when an order is split. You also receive an Air Waybill number by email and SMS once a parcel ships, and Order Status in My Account shows the overall progress. Each parcel can arrive on a different day. ### Can I switch my AIVI order from cash to card after ordering? No, the payment method cannot be changed after the order is placed. In Qatar that matters, because cash on delivery adds QAR 33.
